This 2/2 patio villa is the colony house design and is fully furnished. Living/dining area has a dining table with six chairs. Living room has couch and love seat plus comfy recliner and an entertainment center and TV. The kitchen has a small table and chairs for casual meals. Master bedroom has queen bed, dresser and large walk in closet. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with shower while the guest(second) bathroom has tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom also has a queen bed, side tables plus a small corner desk. All bedding and linens are included. Garage will accommodate one car plus golf cart (home does not include a golf cart however one can be requested for an additional fee). Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen alcove.
