The Aces for Autism doubles tennis event is making a comeback in Ocala later this month, and enrollment is currently open.
Scheduled for Saturday, August 26th, the 10th edition of the yearly competition will take place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Fort King Municipal Tennis Center, situated at 3301 E Fort King Street in Ocala.
Spanning 12 hours, the doubles tournament will encompass matches for men, women, and mixed pairs. Those keen on participating are required to complete online registration by the deadline of Wednesday, August 23.
Participation in the tournament incurs a fee of $50 per individual. This payment will cover a boxed lunch provided by PDQ, along with water, beer, and a tournament T-shirt (applicable for registrations received by Monday, August 14).
All proceeds from the event will contribute to the New Horizon Academy for Exceptional Students, a non-profit private school (K-12) located in Ocala that specializes in educating children with autism spectrum disorders.
